Help… How do I get a gmail account?

Update : It worked. I got a gmail account now.

I get some searches from google that are not so obvious. I think I know what the person was trying to figure out, when he/she was searching. So I will explain it here.

After I wrote about skypeout in a previous entry a lot of people was led to my blog when they searched for skypeout and download. You cannot download Skypeout. You have to download Skype and then get a voucher before you can use Skypeout. As far as I know the only way to get a voucher is by buying a Plantronics headset.

[Update 8/1] You dont need a voucher anymore to use SkypeOut. Just Download the latest Skype and deposit some money on your Skype account.

A few “Call to undefined function: imap_open()” searches led to my blog also. You get this error in PHP when you try to use the IMAP functionality whitout compiling PHP whith IMAP support. If you compile it from scratch you will have to append “–with-imap” to configure and install the c-client libraries.

I also got a few searches about beer shopping in Flensburg. I am afraid that I do not know any good places to do that (besides the usual border shops). If you know any places please let me know.

Now it is final. I have bought a new apartment in Birkerød. The company is starting to build the apartments later this year, and it should be ready in May 2005.

It is the old NCC Byg on Datavej which is converted to 35 apartments.

There are some pictures at my gallery. I am looking forward to the extra space. My current apartment is 40 m2 and the new one is 70 m2.

Today I got my Plantronics .60 headset with a voucher to SkypeOut. When you submit the voucher on www.skype.com you get 1.44 EUR on your account and you are ready to call normal phones from Skype.

It is actually working pretty good. The sound quality is good, and there was almost no delay. And it is cheap!

Now I just need to find my Bluetooth USB dongle and my bluetooth headset.

For some reason Google ranks this page as number one when you search for 9/11 michael more. My guess is that that the person was searching for the movie Fahrenheit 9/11 by Michael Moore which won at the Cannes Festival this year. I have nothing of this movie on my blog, but I have a quoute from Michael Jackson (the beer expert) and one of my blogs was posted at 9:11 pm.
